Welcome to Wildwood Aromas, operated by Catherine Robinson LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, wildwoodaromas.com (the "Site"), and the purchase of any products or services, including breakthrough coaching, aromatherapy consultations, Forest Reiki, and physical aromatherapy products (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Site or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Site and Services immediately.

1. Services Description: Wildwood Aromas provides coaching, wellness, and aromatherapy services (and related physical products) designed to support your self-care and personal growth. Our offerings may include:

• Breakthrough Coaching: Coaching that may include EFT tapping, nervous system tools, and pattern mapping (including identifying and shifting “protection patterns”).
• Personalized Aromatherapy Consultations: Education and guidance around essential oils, plus custom blends created for you based on your goals and preferences.
• Forest Reiki: Energy-based sessions intended to support relaxation and a greater sense of balance.
• Physical aromatherapy products: Products such as rollers, balms, salves, and other self-care items.

​Important: Our Services are coaching/wellness/aromatherapy support. They are not medical care, mental health care, psychotherapy, counseling, or treatment of any condition.

2. Client Eligibility & Responsibility:  By using the Site or purchasing Services, you confirm and agree that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being, including your choices and actions during and after any session or while using any product.
• Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
• You will consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before using any products or techniques, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are otherwise under medical care.

​3. Session Terms:

• Where sessions happen: Sessions are held via Zoom unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Session lengths:
• • Breakthrough Intensive / Momentum: 90 minutes first session, 60 minutes following sessions
  • Single Breakthrough Session: 60 minutes
  • ​Personalized Aromatherapy Session: 60 minutes
  • Exploration Call: 30 minutes
• Cancellations / rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend, the session is forfeited (no refund/credit).
• Late arrival: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled end time. We don’t extend sessions or refund missed time.

4. Payment:  Payment is due before your session (or before we begin fulfilling your order) unless we agree otherwise in writing. All pricing is as quoted at the time of booking. Current rates are:

• The Breakthrough Intensive: $997 (one-time, paid upfront)
• Monthly Momentum: $397/month
• Single Breakthrough Session: $150
• Exploration Call: Free
• Aromatherapy Consultation: $85
• Products: Prices as listed in the Shop (plus any applicable taxes)

Payment Plans. At our sole discretion, we may offer payment plans for certain services, including The Breakthrough Intensive. If a payment plan is agreed upon in writing, payments must be made on the dates specified in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

We may update pricing from time to time. Price changes won’t affect purchases already paid.

. Refunds & Returns:  We want you to feel clear and confident before you purchase. Here’s how refunds and returns work:

Coaching packages & sessions

• Coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable once delivered.
• If you cancel before any sessions are delivered, you may request a full refund minus processing fees.

Custom aromatherapy blends

• Custom blends are personalized and non-refundable.

Pre-made shop products

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.
• You are responsible for return shipping.
• Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Shipping damages

• If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help with a replacement.​ ​

6. Shipping:

• Shipping cost: Flat rate $5.99. Free shipping on orders $45+.
• Processing times:
• • Custom blends: Typically 5–7 business days
  • Pre-made items: Typically 2–3 business days
• After delivery: Once tracking shows a package is delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

7. Intellectual Property:  Everything we share or create as part of Wildwood Aromas is owned by Catherine Robinson LLC. This includes, without limitation, our website content, session materials, handouts, exercises, frameworks, and any educational content or blend concepts we provide.

• You may not record, copy, reproduce, publish, sell, license, or redistribute our materials, session content, or blends (or instructions/recipes for blends) without our written permission.
• Any materials we share are licensed to you for personal use only. This license is non-transferable (you can’t share it with others or use it to teach, train, or support clients).

8. Confidentiality:  We respect your privacy and will keep what you share with us confidential, except:

• If we are required to disclose information by law, or
• If disclosure is necessary due to a credible risk of harm to you or someone else.

​Session Recordings. Coaching sessions may be recorded with the client's explicit permission. Recordings are provided for the client's personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or posted publicly without written consent from Wildwood Aromas.

You agree not to record sessions (audio, video, or screen recording) without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability:  To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Site, Services, and products are provided “as is.”
• We make no guarantees about specific results or outcomes.
• Catherine Robinson LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our Site, Services, or products.
• You understand and agree that our Services are coaching/wellness support and are not medical care or mental health treatment.
• If we are found liable for any reason, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid to Catherine Robinson LLC for the product or service at issue.

10. Medical Disclaimer: Our content, sessions, and products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have, and before starting any new wellness practice or using aromatherapy products—especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or under medical care.

11. Governing Law:  These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.

12. Modifications:  We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the updated Terms on our website and change the “Effective Date.” By continuing to use the Site or Services after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms.
