Hi there! I’m Catherine and my journey with essential oils began in 2014. My curiosity led me to The School for Aromatic Studies where I found a true passion for crafting personalized blends for myself, family and friends.
As I delved deeper into natural healing I discovered Forest Reiki - a calming and restorative practice that deeply resonated with me. Trained by its creator, Laura Michelle Wolff, I reached the level of Master/Teacher and knew I wanted to share this profound experience with others. In 2019 I founded Wildwood Aromas to offer both my essential oil creations and Forest Reiki. Since then I found Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which brought about remarkable changes in my life. I trained with Dr. Karen Curry Parker through the Quantum Alignment System and felt inspired to share this transformative practice with others as well. My passion is to make your life brighter and more fulfilling. Through Aromatherapy Consultations, Forest Reiki and EFT sessions I am to bring comfort and healing to you. I also offer a carefully crafted line of ready-to-use products for those who seek the simplicity and safety of essential oils.
