Head Ease
Looking for a natural way to comfort, ease and soothe your head? Look no further than this simple combination of lavender, frankincense, and peppermint. By massaging it into your temples, scalp, and neck, you can help ease muscle tension and calm your mind. It's best to use it as soon as you start feeling discomfort, so make sure to keep it close.
ROLL ON
The 10 ml roll-on is pre-blended with jojoba oil and ready for safe use. Apply to your temples, neck, scalp, or wherever you’d like (avoiding orifices and mucous membranes). Try applying it to your palms and inhaling deeply!
ESSENTIAL OILS ONLY BLEND
The 5 ml bottle contains undiluted essential oils. Use it in a diffuser (8–10 drops), an inhaler (15–18 drops), or diluted in a carrier for topical application (at a 1%, 2%, or 3% dilution).
AROMATHERAPY INHALER
Open the cover and hold the inhaler close to your nose. Deeply inhale scent. You may choose to insert the inhaler into one nostril and hold the other nostril closed while inhaling.
SAFETY: Roll on is not recommended for use by children under the age of 9 or pregnant women. Essential oils only blend, if diluted to 1%, can be used on children over the age of 10 and with caution in pregnant women. Some lactating women find peppermint decreases milk supply. A patch test for sensitivity is recommended before using. Oils containing significant amounts of Menthol should be avoided with anticoagulant drugs such as Warfarin (coumadin). Menthol can not be metabolized by people with a C6PD deficiency (a red blood cell enzyme deficiency). Do not use with calcium channel blockers. Do not use high menthol oil with cholecystitis (inflammation of the gallbladder).
